A name that is illegal to have in the state of Florida. If you are born with the name Marquise in Florida you will be deported, forced to legally change your name or executed. Anyone entering the state of Florida with the name Marquise by car, will be stopped within a mile by security and they will demand you to leave. If flying, your plane ticket will be invalidated or discarded (sometimes refunded). There are exceptions such as; a paid for college tuition in Florida, politician visiting for meeting or event, or being a starring role in a movie (not including indie's). Also spelled Marqueese or Markeec.
