Mfof stands for "Mouth full of food" and is used to describe when someone speaks in an incoherent, or unclear way. Useful against the following: Drawls, drunkspeak, Foreign accents, lisps and people who speak before swallowing their food or other edible/inedible substances. Funnily enough, pronouncing Mfof sounds as if you're trying to say something through a mouth full of food.
