Hatchet boy is an urban legend passed down from generation to generation...hatchet boy is a shadow who holds a hatchet upon his hand, the few that do see him say that he is an unknown figure. He walks about day to day in plain sight, you may even see him walking around in your town, maybe he’s even in the same room as you right now.
