A type of mental illness, involving love and worship of authority figures. Bootlickeritis is characterized by normal people defending powerful leaders, even when the actions of such are clearly and, often wantonly, wrong. Sufferers are often pathologically unable to admit their leader's faults, no matter how much hard evidence is shown to the contrary. Afflicted persons also usually do not personally know their leader of worship and will create delusional fantasies where they perceive faults. Additionally, the affected will often attack anyone who betters society, as the idea of helping people rather than jailing or killing them, is against the rock-bottom morals of those with Bootlickeritis.
