NWATFP abbr., adj. 1. Not With A Ten Foot Pole. 2. Synonymous to: appalling, bad-looking, beastly, deformed, disfigured, frightful, gross, grotesque, hideous, monstrous, repelling, repugnant, repulsive, revolting, unsightly. 3. Describes a person who is thought or known to have a venereal disease, and/or sleeps with anything and everything. n. - An unnatractive person whom you would not touch with a ten foot pole, let alone have sex with. - Can be pronounced "nwaatff" (p is silent), or "N-W-A-T-F-P."
