A form of group sex that specifically consists of 1 woman and 2 men. The men involved may be hetero or bisexual and may or may not interact sexually with each other. Either way, the focus of attention is generally on the woman. This should absolutely NEVER be confused or considered synonymous with a "train" or a "gang bang."
