A disability in which your balls can twist cutting off blood supply and causing excruciating pain, if not treated within a day (sometimes a matter of hours in severe cases) your balls can just die. Contrary to popular belief ADOLF Hitler didn’t in fact have this condition. Side note as I’ve had a very bad personal experience with this: by severe pain I mean amongst the worst pain a man could possibly feel, in rare cases worse than kidney stones and even as bad as coming 2nd in a battle royale game.
