The feeling expressed when one is supposed to be getting high but isn't at the time. The feeling is not truly high but the persons expectation to be high causes an effect of exaggeration of feelings such as happiness, dizziness, relaxation ,etc.. this is an example of the expectancy effect (look it up). It is often given off by people who are dabbling in drugs for the first time as they don't know what to expect or people trying a new drug as well as people who have been given fake drugs.
