Ho-bag/ hoebag's 1. Derived from the Latin term " slutinous contaneous" roughly translating to "container of sluts. " 1a. The word hoebag was translated and introduced to the English language by Patrick Eaves. Eaves use the word to describe an individual while meeting with his friends during an informal gathering. The word spread amongst his peers and then it made its way to the rest of the world. The phrase was popular the 90s too late 2000s. 2. The word describes an individual or group of individuals who indulge in a lifestyle consisting of multiple sexual partners regardless of age, race, sex, time of day, phases of the Moon or species.
