A hyperbolic reference to the fact that whites make up 60% of the US population and commit the vast majority of all mass murders, school shootings, child rapings, wife killings, and incest. Used to describe statistics about crimes mainly committed by white people. (mass shootings, raping little kids, killing spouses, etc) Often used in contrast to the racist 13/90 remark
