A Bander is a holidaymaker that is staying in an all inclusive resort. The wearing of the coloured band gives them ideas of grandeur. This continues into life outside the resort much to the annoyance of the locals. Non-German band wearers are also know as TwatBanders. German band wearers are an especially obnoxious breed and are deserving of the term KunterBunders.
