A form of masturbation developed during the Great Depression, and often shortened to GDS. GDS usually consist of finding mechanical pencil graphite or another thin object and sticking it into the opening at the end of your penis. Common items used during GDS include graphite, sewing needles (sometimes heated), and paper clips. For the adventurous, a straw or recorder may be used. The term Great Depression Sex may also be used to describe events, especially those that bring about strong emotions.
