When used online, the abbreviation GC most commonly means "Group Chat". However, GC has four common meanings: "Group Chat" (particularly on WhatsApp), "Good Condition", "Good Call" and "Gay Couple" (especially on online dating sites). Group Chat. WhatsApp has a group chat feature that allows you to send a message to multiple contacts (i.e., all those within the group you have created). Members of that group can also send a message to all group members. This is known as Group Chat, which is often abbreviated to GC. (It is typically used by family groups, groups of friends, or clubs.) Good Condition. Good Call. GC (Good Call) is used on to express approval for someone's decision or suggestion. Gay Couple.
