when we are at home i feel like i can be me around him: dancing, cursing, crying, laughing, whatever. he will just wait out the moody wave because he knows. at home he will be either the sweetest softest dearest soulcalmie or -if triggered by outside stuff- distance himself for a bit. Vernon's anger tolerance is rather low but he knows himself well and tries to protect those dear to him. So he'll just go and let the anger pass. At home we can live out our neediness, touching skins and speaking low, carressing flesh and dreaming out loud. Its really whatever we feel like. when we are outside its a little different. I tend to get nervous and might need more time to really open up. Vernon is always aware of it and so supportive. That really helps. I love the little things he does, it could be just a certain look in his eyes, a quick touch or the wildest thing he whispers in my ear that makes my flower bend towards him.
