When you get a sharp pain in the 'gut' and you break out in a cold sweat. Your mind begins to think about ways of which you can get to the nearest toilet as u clutch your stomach and groan in pain. It does, however, causes your reputation status to rise as you are now known as "the one who had gut rot". Also known as the mens version of PMS as you never hear of gut rot occuring in females.
