The Sid Effect is named after a guy named Sid, who girls get obsessed over once they get to know him. The Sid Effect is caused when a guy treats a girl so good that she becomes obsessed with him. The Sid Effect mostly happens on a good guy's ex, when she realizes she'll never find someone as good as him. Good guys (not to be confused with fuckbois) who have girls that are obsessed with them because they treates them well are probably having The Sid Effect on the girls.
