A witch is a conceited, antagonistic, two-faced (or dual personalities), manipulative, passive-aggressive , cowardly, hateful, trouble starting, backstabbing, evil, sly, secretly plotting, self-centered, snide, self righteous FEMALE that goes out of her way to make trouble for you personally. She is skilled at double entendre, subterfuge, lies, and at playing the injured party (victim) in most any confrontation. A witch is expert at offending in a socially accepted way. Worshipping pagan gods may play part in this. One may have righteous feelings of contempt, anger, and hatred towards this witch. One may have a burning desire do violence to this witch, as well as mentally plotting revenge against this witch.
