A nick name established in 1978 following the children's entertainment revolution earlier that year. The name was traditionally used as a name for Indian stereotypes (Big nose, Doctors) however, nowadays cartoon revolutionists use this terminology as a name for people or organism who have a resemblance that of Dr. Heinz Doofenshmirtz, who is a character within the well know children's cartoon 'Phineas and Ferb'. Individuals who are called this name tend to use the name to insult others simply because of their insecurity to do with there lack of self esteem and their inability to succeed as doctors in the future.
