Street workout is the retarded brother of gymnastics, it's a way of working out on bars and on the floor only using your bodyweight. In street workout there are dynamic exercises such as the pull-up, muscle up and push-up. Dynamic exercises can also be freestyle moves on a gymnastics bar, examples are 360 swing, skin the catch and 540 swing. Static exercises such as the L-sit, Front Lever, Planche and Plank requires you to hold your body in a position for a certain amount of time.
