A decadill is a person without money, a beggar of sorts but it does not imply a dirty beggar. This was actually inspired by a line in the song of hunger strike by Temple of the dog. I don't mind stealing bread from the mouths of decadence. But it sounds like decadills. Thus, the decadill was born!
