Basically eating in the dark. A new popular trend where people go to a restaurant, are seated by legally blind waiters/waitresses and eat entirely in a pitch black room. Why? The idea is that your other senses are heightened, thus making your meal more “sensual”. It’s more for than the experience than for the food.
