Mexican popular saying used to describe a sexual position, a linguistic funny deformation that comes from the word "empinado" (bended person) and "pinolillo" (Insect mite very small and red, whose bite is very irritating and annoying) with the objective of being less grotesque in the meaning (this is questionable)but at the same time funny. If you want to make laugh your mexican friends you can use this word to refer you had sex with someone almost in doggy style position. It is also used to say that someone fooled you or someone steal you something o when you loose. Another variant of this expression is "en pinoles"
