Word used to express many different emotions. Can be thrown while talking with someone pretty much at any point during the conversation and it wont interrupt it's flow. The emotion that can be expressed derives from the pronunciation of the word. Paka said in a cheerful voice, could mean *let's do it guys, we rock*. The origin of the word came into life, during a game of Heroes of the storm, while a player played MEDIVH, and decided to SCREAM out loud PAKA. This was found so hiliraious among the teammates, that it never stop it's usage ever since. Needless to say, the creator of the almighty word Paka is a great person and player <3. PS. When talking with Russians, the word could have other meaning, so be careful there. If such case ever occurs, consider switching from paka to cyka blyat for better understanding.
