It is a cross between the term "woo" used to describe essential oil healing, bleach enema lovers, chiropractors for every ailment, healing crystals, and subscribers of antivax conspiracy theories. And the word lunatic. A WooNatic will typically over state benefits, if any exist at all, while minimizing or ignoring all risks.
