Haniff is a versatile word that can be used as a noun, verb or adjective. When used as a verb, to haniff means to do an activity or task with extreme detail and precision. It is often used to connote and underlying insanity when executing a task. When used as an adjective, something that is haniff describes an object that has been over-used and over-worked until it has lost it's function; has been worn down to a point it is beyond repair. When used as a noun, to call someone a Haniff means the person is a genius and a perfectionist but also implies that they're intelligence comes from being borderline insane that is a direct result of their curious and hyper-meticulous nature.
