Someone who, upon awakening, looks at their tooth brush and says "not today." This action/in-action is repeated prior to retiring to their respective filth-laden sleeping quarters. One who does not concern themselves with the responsibility of proper hygiene, oral or otherwise: thereby exposing others to the toxic fumes emanating from their oral cavity.
