An extremely irritating person who suddenly interjects into other people's conversations and start speaking at length about their own meaningless topics in a foolish or rude manner. Note:- These types of people are mostly found at parties or social places and are trying to forcibly fit into/ be part of a group but they generally come across to others as ignorant/absurd/knowitalls. Hence everyone tries to ignore them or stay as far away as possible from these idiots.
