A kid that spent there whole childhood in the 2000s and became a teenager by the end of the decade. The Early 90s babies are technically 2000s kids too but most of them will likely claim the 90s kid card. In reality those born between 1990-2000 are 00 kids. Most of the older 00 kids (90-96) are very different from the younger ones due to their 90s infulence. Unlike the younger group (97-00) the older 00 kids remember the early 2000s (00-03) very well and became teenagers in the mid to late 2000s.
