The term refers to a canon romantic relationship from Game of Thrones season 7 between the protagonists of the series Jon Snow and Daenerys Targaryen. They are related by blood - Jon is Daenerys’ nephew - but neither of them is aware of this yet. Since they are both Targaryens and since the Targaryens were famous for two things: incest and dragons, the fact that they are related won’t probably matter in the long run.
