cocktail sausage syndrome (CSS) is the shrinkage of the penis after cocaine consumption , resulting in a cocktail sausage sized, shriveled Willy. CSS is caused by a process called "vascoconstriction" . This narrows blood vessels in such places as the penis and other areas. The ability to urinate cannot be affected or caused by CSS but rather, the vasopressin hormone released from the cocaine . This affects the kidneys water retention rate.
