Oqua is a near perfect woman. She typically doesn’t like people but, if she likes you, she’ll love you. Her laugh is contagious & she is always available to pick up her friends when they are down. She has a beautiful singing voice that she seldom shares with anyone. The only thing wrong with Oqua is that she never finishes a story because she laughs at herself uncontrollably before she can get two words out.
