Dropping a bomb with a short delay fuze from an aircraft at low-level with the intent of destroying a pursuing aircraft by the blast. Originates from the name of the pioneer of this tactic in the Battle of Britain combat flight sim IL-2 Cliffs of Dover, ATAG_Snarglepuss, who used the 1-second fuze on the 250- and 500-lb bombs of the Bristol Blenheim to destroy aircraft behind him at low-level. Now a common tactic of virtual Blenheim pilots and a term that has even entered the vernacular of other combat flight simulators.
