A pizza with toppings which completely cover the crust [all the way] to the edge, as found in styles such as Detroit, Sicilian, and Grandma pizzas. [Pizza Bones] are the "un-topped" outer edges of pizza crusts, which are discarded by some eaters for being frequently hard and flavorless, and generally the most uninteresting part of most pizzas.
