a rare condition called OSUFOP, where the OSUFOP cells raid a persons mind and body leading them to believe that they are fat and their best friend is skinny. When in actual fact they are the ones that are skinny and the best friend is the fat one. 1 in 7 billion people have this disease and it is only curable when the person admits in their heart that they are the skinny ones.
