Simply put, an east-asian individual, who shows obsession over western culture, similarly to a weeaboo. They'll usually use english loanwords in daily conversations, which gives other the impression that they don't know their own language that well. Reverse Weeaboos are mostly found as, well assimilated asians who identify themselves as the nation (western) their born in.
