An invoicee address that can be used as currency. In the case of the metalink the invoicee's address is not a blockchain wallet but a universal resource locator (URL). The invoicee can turn an invoice to credit by dispensing it to a third party. However the third party is not required to return the credit to the invoicee. The invoicee can also pay the invoice with a metalink.
