Definition: Way to call a person a mood or when someone acts like a meme. Origin: Was first used when a girl named Jackie was acting like a mood and people at her college actually started to use her as a term. This spread quickly and transitioned from joke to an actual meaning and is now used often by people, mostly around the age of 17-21 in and around Denver.
