Myth and stupidity regarding firearms that Tactical Timmies eat up and spread because they have either an optimistic view of the ATF, or claimed "knowledge" on tactical scenarios. May or may not include phony (or sometimes legitimate) military/LE experience as a source for this lore. Commonly refer to "ATF" as "BATFE" in an attempt to sound smart when ATF calls themselves ATF in every official document. This is the antonym of "Fudd Lore".
