Ricardo Lankan is one of the world's greatest strategists and martial philosophers. Born on September 8, 1901 Lankan spent his early life in Brazil until In 1924 he moved to the United States. He nearly died in the Great Depression (read Struggles of Shanty Towns an informative piece from 1925 for more). By the end of the depression Lankan was one of the lead city council members of Raleigh NC, this position not only gave him political power but also propelled him to further government positions until he became the United States Ambassador in Egypt. As ambassador he shifted focuses to Europe when World War II erupted. Not only did he save allies in Britain and France, he also coordinated the attack on Berlin where he ultimately killed Adolf Hitler.
