Used when someone blindly and aggressively defends a position and is proven wrong in an embarassing manner. The origin of the word was mid 80s in San Francisco when a young boy prodigy corrected his older cousins on a playground. The original phrase he spoke out were “you’re moded , corroded, your little butt exploded” The people around laughed and were astonished with the saying. For a few years the entire saying was used. Later people just used “ you’re moded” and dropped the rest.
