The concept of increasing the amount of something bad to such an extent that it becomes good. The etymology comes from the fact that dandelions are actually very useful plants for dyeing, for medicine, and for food, but because people don't bother to cultivate them, they only ever show up as weeds. If people were to bother to farm them, on the other hand... Dandelion-farming is the antithesis of oversaturation.
