Ligmabaus, or Ligmaballs (see spelling differences) also known as "Ligma" was discovered by german doctor Johannes Ligmabaus in 1954. It has been found to be a serious disease with no cure - the pacient's life expectancy drops in 80% and their health conditions become extremely poor. Most children identified with this disease are abandoned by their parents in early age. Due to the extreme rarity of this disease, it was not of general awareness of the public, until 2018, when a large solidariety campaign in the internet brought attention to the topic. As result of this more and more people have been informed about it.
