A light throbbing/pulsating pain in the vagina/vulva that results from either getting sexually aroused and not being able to climax (female version of blue balls) or results from too much repetitive or rough vaginal pounding and penetration. Similar to a tummy ache that can result from not eating enough or eating too much.
