A term commonly used in golf to describe a club (usually a mid or long iron) selected out of utter fear of hitting the more logical, powerful driver which the hole intends. A cowardly move at best, the decision rarely goes unnoticed by the other players who are compelled to mock and chastise the individual, even to go as far as questioning his gender.
