An extremely deadly disease from being qwonked directly in the mouth hole with tons of bootie sauce drippings and dingleberry crust (but only when dingleberry crust is present on the outside). Sometimes qwonkitis involves taking a dump with deadly amounts of dehydrated horse semen. This term originated from the autistic subscribers of Qwonk (the extremely famous VRChat player).
