A Fee Fee is a masturbatory tool made usually in prisons, or jails because there are no females around, or at home because you can't get laid on your own. They're made out of gloves trash bags warm water and sometimes Vaseline. The sole purpose of a Fee-Fee is to have something to masterbate with. It allegedly replaces a vagina temporarily. To call a female a Fee Fee is a derogatory term. It's essentially telling her/people that she's only good for sex.
