Used to describe products or habits typically performed by boring, middle-class white Americans. Derived from the name of the animal, the moose, which is known to roam snow white covered lands and famously pictured in the opening credits of the hit 90s sitcom "Northern Exposure" that takes place in Alaska and centers around a white couple. Moose was also a preferred hair product for white people in the 90s.
