To take a long time processing something, or you're "stuck" in one generation, or to just be dull and stupid in general. 1) You take a long time to find a proper response or reaction towards certain events, you can't spontaneously reply or response to things that occur. You need to spend a lot of thought on your intentions and objectives before you put them into action. 2) You are quite dim-witted, and considerably stupid. Again, it takes you a long time to process actions, and you think before you speak. You show a sense of carelessness, and are most likely rather clumsy. 3) You aren't quite intact with the modern times, as if you are stuck in a certain generation. Many old-timers are presumably perceived to be stuck in their times, and stick with what they've done over the decades. Being slow-minded may mean that you don't respond too well to change, or just don't want to change.
