Juan Gamer's Law dictates that if someone responds to a claim by saying it is a logical fallacy, it means they no longer can defend their position and they have lost the argument. Saying that a claim is a logical fallacy as way to easily disprove it is a way to avoid the issue without actually having to refute it. For example, if someone says that your claim is an ad hominem, you then try to prove that [you are not] using an ad hominem rather than try to defend your original point. It's a subtle way to switch goalposts during an argument and way to [get stuck in] a loop of trying to [figure out] the claim was a logical fallacy.
