The Irish life of the party. To say a Lynott is funny is a understatement. A Lynott is likely to come from a large family. Naturally musically inclined with an extreme sense of humor and known to drink any potato farmer or sailor under the table. Established in Ireland and Germany in the 1800’s. Once immigrated to North America Lynott’s were primarily established in the Northeastern portion of Pennsylvania. Many Lynott’s were mistakenly labeled Lynett upon arrival to America. A Lynott is a lover not a fighter. A Lynott keeps his word and will never turn their back to you. To marry a Lynott or enter the family in any way is a privilege.
